Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, only on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must FIRST contact us and we will discuss the nature of the return. We will work with you to exchange items if you're unhappy, and certainly, work to refund if there is damage or something to the effect of our fault.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards. All ITEMS PURCHASED AT A REDUCED PRICE, WITH DISCOUNT CODES OR ALL ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that ship directly from the printer, or made to order are also final sale as notated in the product description. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns for items we no longer carry. Package insurance is non-refundable.

To complete your return: Please email us first to initiate the refund process. We will then ask you to ship the product back and then we will start the process on our end.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a gift card and sent to you via email.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wearebabe.com

Return shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless wearebabe.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Items Marked Delivered but not received:
If the tracking information on your package indicates "delivered" and you are unable to locate it then a claim with the USPS will need to be submitted.

We are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address below once you've been given a return approval.
