Order Processing
Babe Co. orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. Pre-order items have their own turnaround times, which are in the product descriptions. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs delays)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Your local government determines these fees, and they are not included in our shipping charges. If a package is refused due to unpaid fees, any refund issued will exclude shipping costs.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Babe Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier to file a claim when applicable.

Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately, but you must contact us to pay a separate shipping fee. 

Order Changes and Cancellations
