First let me say that I love Metal Marvel products, so I was so excited to see that they came out with a planner that fit their brand's aesthetic and community values. I also really appreciate that this planner has intentional spaces for self-care and creativity. As a Ph.D. student, I value these spaces so much to remind me that I am not a capitalist robot/production machine.
The only thing I would like to see in future renditions is the binding and quality of the paper. Granted, I live in a swampy part of Maryland so I shouldn't have been so surprised to find the paper absorbing the air's moisture [and making the paper super wavy like it had been in the rain] within hours of taking it out of the packaging [but I have also never had this problem with other planners]. Additionally, something I've really loved about other planners is when it was a spiral binding so that you didn't have to weigh down the other side with books to keep it open when you first start using it. I also find that the spiral binding helps me not get overwhelmed by too many things.
Ultimately though, I am super excited to see what else metal marvels comes out within the realm of planners! Super happy to support a company with such awesome stuff that also supports my community :-)
